An essay by Sasha Latypova about the February 4, 2020 leaked audio from a US Department of Defense and pharmaceutical companies meeting sent my mind back to 2020 and then 2004.

I was in Spokane, Washington in late February 2020 officiating at an indoor sporting event. Not one masked person in sight. Most there had not been affected at all by mass media news talking about a virus problem from China but not seen anywhere else.  I’d heard about it in the last days of December 2019. Seen the mass media January news frequently repeating same video clip of the “emergency” mobile home/shipping containers pulmonary Intensive Care Unit hospital built on an open field in Wuhan, China.  A flurry of the same images all over the mass media of that massive new ICU but no follow-up after late February how many patients - if any - used it. Instead just lots of videos by mid-March from Wuhan showing the same stacks of coffins and the same people waiting to collect the bodies or ashes of dead relatives.

On March 17, 2020, the head of California’s Santa Clara County’s Public Health Department Sara Cody “required” the USA’s first Whuhan “Wet Market” novel cross-species virus lockdown.  On television she appeared at a podium, as she had been for a week or two, looking like she’d not had decent sleep in weeks.  Suspected her having had no to little REM (rapid eye movement) sleep where each night one can dream and sift new thoughts with long term memories. Not enough REM sleep? Human brains become electrical mush.  Go mentally batty. Her eyes looked wild and scared. A small animal backed into a corner by a predator with fangs. Hair a mess and limp. Pale and haggard face.  Eyes looked simply awful.  But, she seemed excited and happy being a sudden new media star.  I searched online today for 2020 videos of her.  There she is on CNN April 23, 2020 with TV makeup. And, better quality hair coloring. The “trust me” blue clothing color again. Authoritative USA and California flags behind her shoulders.

Not just Santa Clara County was locking down, Cody had proudly organized all the counties surrounding San Francisco Bay to lockdown simultaneously, the first large regional lockdown in the entire USA. Political safety and cover in numbers.  Santa Clara (Saint Claire) County, is the heart of Silicon Valley known for successfully chasing the Next New Thing in high tech for over 60 years.  When she locked down my County, I looked up her bio and saw she didn’t have much if any face-to-face patient treatment experience. Little to no for-profit sector work record could I find. Instead, epidemiology and “population” medical training.  A bureaucrat more than a scientist or physician.

I’d learned about “population” medicine while serving as a Civil Air Patrol, USAF Auxiliary liaison at FEMA Region 9 meetings before and after 911.  That means disease so bad bodies pile up too fast and have be buried by bulldozers in public parks. Where anyone seeking medical care is triaged onto colored tarps.  Red = dead or will die very fast. Yellow = might live if get care soon but more likely will transition soon to the red tarp unless space opens up on the green tarp. Green = get care fast because those patients have a good chance of survival.

At a FEMA Region 9 interagency meeting before 2010 in Oakland, California, I listened to a population medicine doctor who’d been in the US Navy during the Vietnam War.  He got stuck in the highlands of the dirty war in Laos or Cambodia at a village with an outbreak of Black Death pneumonic plague.  No possible air support for medical help.  He radioed his Navy ship which called the Naval hospital in Bethesda, Maryland.  Advice: get the villagers into their underwear and outside under the Sun. Bake it out of them with UV rays.  In 48-72 hours all were recovering.  None died. Thus, when I heard in late December 2019 there was a “novel” pneumonic  sickness in China I was not worried one iota. Even less worried once news came out by late April 2020 that the novel “China virus” is dead after exposure on just about any surface to sunlight for about 90 seconds.

Around the time I learned how to cheaply and quickly cure Black Death, I had a couple days of the worst ever in my life sinus cold or infection. I happened to be vacationing by a hot beach with an ICU nurse friend. He helped me try a steam treatment with a bowl of hot water and a towel. Of no help. Maybe in hindsight had I added some sliced fresh jalapeño peppers or eucalytpus leaves to that hot water my sinus might have cleared. He, a surfer, next suggested baking it out on the beach while he surfed. Did that and in less than 30 minutes the sinus trouble started to ease and was totally cured in under an hour.

Also learned a lot at FEMA regional meetings and field exercises about federal “military support to civilian authorities” laws in my CAP service as a lawyer and public affairs officer.  I worked two Department of Defense field exercises after 911 with support from FEMA and local civil governments.  One in Las Vegas called “Determined Promise” with a weaponized (aerosolized) pneumonic plague scenario and another at the Port of Long Beach for a dirty bomb. Both were very bizarre “hot zone” exercises. Bizarre to me because I observed how very easily all civil authorities from state and county to city police levels let the federal “Homeland Defense” military stomp all over local laws on public health including taking over all mass media relations without any declaration of martial law suspending our US Constitution’s “reserved” states’ powers and many civil rights enshrined in the Bill of Rights.  Thus, no need for the feds, they learned very well in those exercises, any need to declare federal “martial” law for any declared health or terror attack because the lazy and/or ignorant state governors had no interest, nerve or cash to use their own National Guard forces by declaring a state martial law without first a big reimbursement pile of cash from a federal response. Thus, the feds learned they could grab local emergency response powers without having to put anything in writing like a federal martial law declaration with not one objection from virtually any state, county, or city official.

Feds give a whopping amount of cash to the Santa Clara County Health Department which owns and runs three public hospitals and many other health programs where about 70% of all patients have no self-funded medical insurance of any kind. But, those County hospitals suck up 50% [sic] of all the County’s annual tax revenue. That means the feds give the County-owned hospitals a golden carrot of $30,000+ for each dead hospital patient with a “positive” Covid test even if no cold or flu symptoms appeared and even if the cause of death is late stage cancer or a car accident. Like a cheap and idiotic whore, Ms. Cody took the fed cash. A Judas taking silver coins!

Fact is the US Constitution effectively delegates down to the states, absent a federal declaration of martial law, all public health response which is legally part of any local “emergency response” such as police and fire services. The feds can only “suggest” to counties what to do in any civilian emergency absent a formal federal declaration of martial law which can void local laws, or a state or county can “voluntarily” kow-tow to feds who offer golden carrot cash handouts or other support tied to specific strings. Want more Medicare payments Santa Clara County to fund your bankrupt public hospitals? A Congressional budget item to build a new hospital or highway? Carrot and stick: use our required fed diagnostic and treatment protocols or no Medicare reimbursements whatsoever for you!

State governments usually delegate emergency response decisions down to their county sheriffs and city police forces which then have 100% legal control of public health. Each elected county sheriff makes detailed mutual aid agreements (a.k.a. an MOU, a memorandum of agreement) with all his or her adjacent counties, and all those MOUs are coordinated by the California Governor’s Office of Emergency Services to deal with multi-county emergencies. Thus, legally for California, county sheriffs and city police - not any county public health departments - are ultimately in charge of any emergencies in California but each sheriff must play by state and fed legally acceptable rules and procedures to get State and fed “emergency” cash or other resources.

I went to many Santa Clara County Supervisors meetings in 2023 to argue against their Public Health Department to imposing winter 2023-04 mask mandates at all pubpc and private medical facilities. I chatted there several times with their chief of security, a deputy sheriff perhaps, who proudly told me how he personally transported all the covid vaccine vials the fed allocated to the county in late 2021 and 2021 to where they could be used. At each supervisor’s meeting I watched the half-paralyzed face of my home district’s supervisors. A classic sign of Bell’s Palsy from a jab injury. A face paralyzed for more than 30 years of his 40 years of elected jobs.
[He was defeated in March 2024 in his attempt as the most heavily endorsed local Democrat, Inc. candidate in his failed attempt to become a Congressman.]

County health officials like Sara Cody can “recommend” or “suggest” people mask, test or get a specific injection but only sheriffs or city police can enforce those public health ideas. That is why some California sheriffs could say they wouldn’t lift a finger to close any State beach because the Governor’s order to require those closures was Constitutionally unlawful and more importantly California sheriffs have 100% control of how to use their deputies’ law enforcement duty time unless the Governor has the nerve to declare martial law and send out his National Guard soldiers to take over some or all sheriffs’ powers.

“Mandates” or other county public health department “recommendations” to do XYZ are not 100% legally enforceable by any USA laws or statutes absent a US President or Governor declaring martial law without a sheriff/s consent. The federal government, states, counties and cities also can’t without a martial law declaration void the US Constitution’s Bill of Rights’ unqualified rights like Freedom of Religion or Freedom of Assembly such as Sara Cody did forcing churches to stay closed and almost all indoor public places for a W.H.O. and Washington, D.C. “declared pandemic.” Arrogance? Laziness? Incompetence? Bald faced fear of school yard cooties? An evil and wacky psy-op by who-knows-who? It took more than two years for the US Supreme Court to rule people like Cody and her ilk from county to federal level overreached their legal authorities.

On March 16, 2020, I drove by and then walked on the sidewalk by Cody’s home. Easy to find out where she lives by checking public records. How and where someone lives can tell you a lot about them.  A house with just dark windows facing the street.  A sort of rock garden front yard.  Secretive. Cold. Hard.  It gave off grey and scared vibes. All the city’s streets were empty thanks to her escalating announcements lowering indoor gatherings, distance between restaurant tables, stay-at-home requests; then 6-person bubbles and business closing “orders.”

I looked how close her house was to the brand new 5G cell towers. Could she be getting nightly subliminal messages blasting through her cell phone or any home computer sound system?  “We’re all going to die unless YOU LOCKDOWN NOW!”

Her house is line of sight from the massive array of 5G towers at Stanford’s Center for Advanced Study in the Behavioral Sciences which contracted with the CIA in the 1950’s and 1960’s for MK-Ultra mind control studies. CASBS researchers discovered in the 1950’s what percentage of humans are easy to hypnotize (about 30%), how many with the aid of mind control drugs or simple external pressure from peers or authorities (about 40%),  how many can’t be easily hypnotized (30%), and how many of that last 30% are mind-controllable only with extremely heavy duty drugs if at all with about 10% at best of the total population resistant to most mind-control techniques. 

A coincidence! Only 10% at most of Americans living in the 13 Colonies took up arms or gave financial or material support to George Washington and his troops fighting for Independence from Britain. Human nature is to be a passive “loyalist” to kings and other rulers. Most humans are sheep, never a sheepdog much less a warrior.

Perhaps Cody just had someone in the federal government with a big pile of gold coins repeat to her, “PANIC!!!” enough times to succomb or submit to a Goebbels-style WW2 propaganda of repeat a lie enough and that lie becomes “the truth” for about 70% of humans, the percentage of humans who are so very easy to hypnotize.

By late 2022 data, only about 74% of USA residents at most had taken a single covid jab. That means 25%+ the population has intact critical thinking brain wiring of a kind which is very hard to turn off by external mind-control techniques from hypnotism to repeated verbal or visual suggestions.

Days before St. Patrick’s Day, March 17, 2020, Cody required restaurants on a weekend day to reduce their number of indoor tables with less than 24 hour notice.  Downtown Palo Alto at lunchtime was a ghost town thanks to Cody’s “mandate” of ever reducing numbers of “allowable” indoor public gathering numbers. 1,000. 500. Under 50. Then, a 6-person “bubble” of the same people each and every day. Such a cute word “bubble.” I prefer “Let’s trash the US Constitution’s unqualified Right of Assembly!!!”

Most of my family, friends, co-workers and neighbors didn’t notice our County also shut down all US Constitutional rights to a jury trial for all criminal court cases. Ended all Freedom of Religion by shutting down all churches even meetings in cars in parking lots to be able to worship face to face. Forced masks onto very young children during the ages they learn how to speak by seeing other people’s mouths move. Forced masks for **three** years on children going through puberty when their brains get wired up how to read body language and detailed facial expressions. “Great!” Criminal child abuse! Deliberately handicap a generation of children who were never at any risk of death from the “China” thing known by Spring 2020.

Now, anyone not fatally hypnotized or addicted to mass media news knows the “China” thing was funded by the USA government as part of an elaborate and decades long bat n’ switch “bioweapons <=> vaccine” scheme which at the end of this WW3 Bioweapon War will have created more war profiteering billionaires by maiming and killing more humans than any past world war, and kill more people than Genghis Khan, Hitler, Stalin, Mao and all the other world tyrants have ever murdered.

Days before Cody locked down my County, I sat down as one of the only customers at lunch at a downtown Palo Alto restaurant where half the tables had the mandated “NO SEATING” signage placed days before.  Now the skeleton crew wait staff was trying to stack those tables and their chairs to make more spaces between the remaining “acceptable” tables.

I could not believe how many residents stayed home in fear or sheer laziness.  So happy to Zoom online to work instead of getting stuck in rush hour traffic. No public push-backs in the local news to this increasing lockdown of the economy and loss of Freedom of Assembly. I didn’t learn until this year a group of 200+ Northern Californians met weekly for a Saturday sunset beach bonfire on a Santa Cruz beach as a protest against the lockdowns. So many of them and so well behaved the local police left them alone. I did know in 2020 of one or two Southern California sheriffs who publicly said they would not enforce the Governor’s closure of beaches and other large outdoor meetings. A nonsense Alice in Wonderland world!  What next? A Red Queen shouting, “Off with their heads?”  Got that in winter 2021 when President Biden angrily said anyone declining the genetic cocktail of a legally experimental injection would have a “cold dead winter.”

Santa Clara County’s full lockdown started March 17, 2020, St. Patrick’s Day. I held a party with my neighbors with BYO mugs for Irish Coffee on my front lawn. I’d been gathering with them for nearly 50 years with an “Everyone-is-Irish!’ party which usually attracted over 200 people. Six of us chatted mask-less with two neighbors across the street who’d started their semi-voluntary federal 14 day lockdown after returning to the USA from overseas the night before.

An XYZ list of non-essential County businesses must be closed. All schools closed. All schools became remote learning Zoom-only. All bookstores closed but not book aisles in big box stores. Independent bookstore warehouses closed nationwide but not Amazon’s book warehouse. All restaurants became takeout only and soon were allowed to sell takeout alcohol for the first time ever as all USA distilleries were suddenly allowed to make and sell denatured alcohol for hand sanitizers. All this for only one (maybe) positive test and one death (maybe) in my County “from” or “with” “SARS coV2.” 

I could self-medicate by going to any marijuana dispensary or get takeout alcohol from any restaurant but not go to a parking lot and talk to any priest in person. The California Governor’s winery for-profit business stayed open to the public for wine tasting but a small shop selling honey, herbs, or cute writing paper for letters could not. We were told not to travel outside our counties or walk on any beaches or public parks. Only O.K. to walk outside if one had a dog who needed to walk a few blocks to be able to poop. All tourist business were declared non-essential. Park & Rec Departments filled skate park facilities with sand to keep kids away. The USA economy cratered.

A few weeks after St. Patrick’s Day 2020 one of my parents who’d died more than two years beforehand got an automatic US Treasury check for having to stay at home. She got a signed letter next from the U.S. President saying I-did-that! I saved both mass mailings, the check uncashed, as souvenirs of government insanity.

I’d been sick in November 2019 during a big “Influenza A” outbreak reported by the County in CY 2019 Qtr4.  Worst ever flu symptoms of my life. Flattened for 3 days. Lived off chicken soup, crackers, Brazil nuts, and oranges. Coughed for one month afterwards and it took five months to get back my full lung capacity.  Not been sick since.  Funny!  Santa Clara County in 2020 reported a lot of “Covid” cases but virtually no Influenza cases. “Influenza A” disappeared in my County between December 2019 and January 2020. Magic!

My Santa Clara County supervisors for nearly four years now have been going along with what have been Asche and Milgram experiments which proved about 64% of humans will do what any white-coated medical “expert” or a peer group tells them to do.  Go-alongs with the slightest “authority” or peer pressure willing even to shun or kill an innocent human stranger if told to do so.

That 64% has not enough critical thinking brain cells for science or math like virtually all my science students’ parents when I taught science classes at Washington, D.C.’s National Cathedral School for Girls many decades ago. Those parents were pretty much 100% ignorant of any college level biology, chemistry, physics, or math but for one who was a heart surgeon, the only parent who dared ask me a single question at Back to School Night.  Those parents are a microcism of the Powers That Be who rule the federal government.

Facing a “novel” virus with less than a 1% kill rate and a far lower kill rate, well under 0.0% for anyone without two or more co-morbidities like diabetes, obesity, or other chronic conditions my elected County politicians enabled our Health Department to make the new “China” thing into a Mt. Everest out of a normal seasonal flu tiny clod of dirt.

A few weeks later in April 2020, the feds said, ”Masks on!” after saying earlier masks were pointless for the new “viral” disease.  It took over three years for the top federal health guru, St. Fauci of the Ouchie, who was paid more salary (and royalties) than the U.S. President, to admit to the U.S. Congress the masks never could stop the tiny virus particles.  Masks were just for show or ramping up fear-porn psy-ops with no scientific rationale what so ever.  Ditto his 6 foot “social distancing.” A number he pulled out of thin air.

In Summer 2022 on a slow holiday news day, Cody finally admitted our County had over counted by at least 22% its reported deaths “from” Covid instead of just “with” Covid in 2020.  Lots of passive tense verbs used.  No CNN appearances for her breaking news.  Little coverage in the local press. As the Dodo said to Alice in Wonderland, “Everybody has won, and all must have prizes.” Thus, not a jot of any government personnel accountability was demanded for any mistakes, not even the deliberate over counting of deaths “from” covid. A big “Nevermind!!!!,” as comedian Gilda Radner of the Saturday Night Live television show often said playing Roseanne Roseannadanna.

In July 2022, the FDA quietly published a notice in the Federal Register revoking its emergency use authorizations of most Covid tests used to determine if humans had Covid because the tests were proven to have far too many false positive test results. Revocation not effective until December 31, 2022 for people to be able to use up old tests already paid for by the US government.  “Ask and get FREE 4 home test kits from the US Government delivered to your home mailbox!!!” Yay! Spend more tax dollars to mail out useless and faulty, and thus grossly reckless, test kits. Fraud, Waste, and Abuse 101 I could get a kindergartner to understand.

I’d already seen in Summer 2021 the video of Dr. Kary Mullis, the Nobel Prize winner for inventing the PCR test. He said it’s just a laboratory tool, should never be used for any human disease diagnoses, and if cycled more than a dozen times it produces useless results. High cycle rates were well above 14 in 2020, rates dropped down right after a new US President was sworn in January 2021, and then ramped up a few months later when the feds like street dope peddlers pushed increasingly harder for all to take the experimental shots using all sorts of fear-porn. “OMG!, ‘positive’ Covid test rates are increasing this week!!!” while spinning a narrative humans could be contagious and test “positive’” despite never having any symptoms ever. An “asymptomatic case” with a “positive” test meant hospitals could collect that sweet federal $30,000+ cash bonus if anyone died of late stage cancer or a car crash. Mullis also totally trashed Fauci as a scientist or medical clinician in that video and had a tragic, sudden and unexpected death of pneumonia in August 2019. I’d not be surprised if he was assassinated by some of those who benefited by shutting down the world economy and pushing the bioweapon Covid jabs.

Alice in Wonderland asked the Cheshire Cat, “‘Have I gone mad?” Cat replied, “I am afraid so, you are entirely bonkers. But I will tell you a secret… all the best people are.”

CODA: Front page news about Ms. Cody in one her in hometown newspapers on August 8, 2024. Page 1, above the fold in the Palo Alto Daily Post which is one of the only truly independent Silicon Valley newspapers not beholden to any city hall or the county for legal notice taxpayer-paid advertising nor to Stanford University with its fancy color “Get your vaccines!” ads. The news was Cody took an unpaid leave of absence from her County job for the whole 2023-2024 academic year to write an autobiography at the Stanford University outfit set up in the 1950s and bigly-funded by the CIA to study mind-control techniques using hypnotism and drugs back in the 1950s, a US federal reaction “officially” to the North Korean/Soviet/Chinese threat of mind control over USA soldiers in the KoreanWar. “Manchurian Candidates” actual and/or fake fear-porn. A revolving door there of academic/government folks. No wonder Steve Kirsch of VSRF within the last academic year could never get her or her office to reply to his repeated document requests on her idiotic and murderous gross negligence in 2020-2023.

Perhaps some of her County work product has been federally classified now as government secrets? Maybe she was deprogrammed with drugs and hypnotism to erase traces of having been used as a Manchurian Candidate by those who think they can have World Peace (or more cash profits for themselves) if only enough humans are mind-controlled by their rulers. An old dream of many power-freak people who seriously think they can do that from those who impose a state religion on all their subject to those who are just ultra-slick professional propagandists.
